In January 2017, our scheme for a 33 bed co-living (HMO) development in Harrow was approved at Planning Committee. The development is the third and final phase of development at Kirkfield House. When completed Kirkfiled House will provide 47 one-bed units, 8 family sized units, by way of the two storey extension, and a 33 bed co-living facility. The scheme will make a valuable contribution to Harrow’s housing needs and targets. City Planning are currently advising on implantation of CIL matters.
