Westminster grant consent for flat conversion in Soho

In January 2017 City Planning successfully obtained planning permission for a flatted development in Soho. The application proposed a double-pitched mansard roof extension to the four storey property in Soho, thereby creating four 4 high quality residential units in an extremely highly sustainable location. The development will make a valuable contribution to Westminster’s housing targets. City Planning has been instructed to advise on CIL matters prior to work starting on site.
