City Planning was instructed by Nichols Developments Ltd to obtain the necessary consents to demolish the existing commercial building and replace it with an eight storey building comprising one retail unit and seven flats.
The project involved working alongside Claridge Architects to develop an appropriate scheme for the site. City Planning put forward a successful case for the redevelopment of the site. In addition to this, City Planning advised on CIL charges.
The scheme provides an energy efficient and sustainable development appropriate to its location within the London Central Activities Zone.
Planning permission for the scheme was granted in April 2016.
