City Planning obtained planning permission for the conversion of a former vicarage into two semi-detached houses, together with two storey side and rear extensions.

In doing so, the development team worked closely with LB Wandsworth’s Conservation Area team to ensure the extensions were in keeping with the host building from a design perspective, whilst preserving the residential amenity of adjoining residents.

The resultant development created two 3,700sqft houses. Both houses are built to a high specification, offering sustainable and energy efficient family accommodation in a very desirable family location between Clapham and Balham centres.
