This part constructed office campus provides some of the highest quality office space in the Western Corridor. Unfortunately, due to the downturn in the economy, only two-thirds of the campus was built before the developer went into administration..

City Planning, on behalf of Hines (UK), have been working closely with Bracknell Forest Council in order to allow the existing buildings to be occupied, thereby increasing the likelihood of the campus being completed and fully occupied.

This has involved the submission of a detailed Section 73 application, proposing a three stage phasing programme across the site. This application will allow the existing buildings to be occupied, creates much needed flexibility regarding car parking ratios and allows the third building to be constructed when market conditions improve.
