Charles Rose MRTPI - Managing Director
Charles set up City Planning back in 2009. He has been a Chartered Town Planner since 2001 when he moved to London from the North of England, having worked in both the public and private sectors. Since that time, he has quickly established himself, building a diverse client base ranging from developers, corporate investors , landowners and local community groups. Charles focuses on providing clients with a committed, diligent and friendly service evidenced by the large number of long term clients he provides services to and new clients arriving through referrals. It is these characteristics that the foundations of City Planning have been built upon, ensuring the team have an excellent record of delivering success to clients with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.
Viktorija Saveca - Director
Viktorija is a well-established Town Planner, with excellent knowledge of current planning legislation and policy changes and a fantastic eye for detail. Since joining City Planning back in 2016, she has developed a strong network of clients and professional partners, and works very well in a team to ensure applications are robust and stand the best chance of success. She works on a wide range of instructions, including feasibility studies, pre-application submissions, planning applications and planning appeal case-load. She is well qualified, with an Undergraduate and Masters degree in Property and Planning from Westminster University.
Kelly Rose CMILT - Transport / Accessibility Director
Kelly joined City Planning in September 2019 to expand the expertise of the business to cover transport planning and inclusive design services, and brings with her 17 years’ of experience in the industry. She thrives working within multi-disciplinary teams, working with enthusiasm to find practical solutions and achieve high-quality developments.
Vianor Cobzac ACIAT - Architectural Technologist
Vianor joined City Planning in 2024 to support and expand the architectural side of the business. With an academic background in Architecture, having studied at the Faculty of Architecture in Romania, he brings a strong foundation in architectural design, technical drawing and the built environment. He is experienced in undertaking measured building surveys and preparing architectural drawings for a wide range of development projects, including residential, commercial and heritage buildings. Jack is highly enthusiastic about his work and brings strong design, technical and communication skills to every project.
