Stockwell Avenue – New House, Lambeth

City Planning were instructed to provide planning advice on extending the two frontage properties (Stockwell Road) with two storey rear extensions.  The site had a large rear garden with its own separate frontage with Stockwell Avenue.  City Planning devised a planning strategy to obtain planning permission for a family house in the rear garden.  City Planning undertook the following tasks
